2. Service Appointments and Scheduling

  • Appointment Windows: We provide estimated arrival time windows and will make every reasonable effort to arrive within the specified timeframe.
  • Cancellations: Customers may cancel or reschedule appointments with at least 24 hours' notice without penalty.
  • Late Cancellations: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment may be subject to a cancellation fee.
  • Access Requirements: Customers must ensure reasonable access to the refrigerator and adequate workspace for our technicians.

3. Pricing and Payment Terms

  • Diagnostic Fee: A diagnostic fee may be charged for initial assessment, which may be waived if repairs are completed.

  • Payment Timing: Payment is due upon completion of services unless alternative arrangements have been made in advance.

4. Warranties and Guarantees

Vinadu stands behind the quality of our work:

  • Labor Warranty: All labor performed by Vinadu is warranted for 90 days from the date of service completion.
  • Parts Warranty: Replacement parts carry manufacturer warranties, which vary by part and manufacturer.
  • Warranty Exclusions: Warranties do not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, unauthorized repairs, or normal wear and tear.
  • Warranty Claims: To make a warranty claim, customers must contact us within the warranty period with proof of service.

5. Customer Responsibilities

To ensure efficient and safe service delivery, customers agree to:

  • Provide accurate information about the refrigerator problem and model
  • Ensure a safe working environment for our technicians
  • Remove any obstacles blocking access to the refrigerator
  • Secure pets during the service visit
  • Be present or have an authorized representative present during service

6. Limitation of Liability

Vinadu shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from our services, including but not limited to food spoilage, loss of use, or business interruption.
